a few nights ago, the boy and i set up this lovely cheese spread for no reason in particular (well maybe because i had splurged on some wonderful cave aged Gruyere at whole foods ;). it felt nice to feel a little fancy and special on a week night.also i just love love the Pennsylvania cheese board from AHeirloom. we actually gifted boards to a few friends this christmas and then were lucky to receive one of our own ;)
